About Muddy Creek Chistmas Lights
Dear Friends, Businesses, and Supporters,
I am writing today to request your urgent help and sponsorship for the 2024 Muddy Creek Christmas Lights Extravaganza, hosted by Muddy Creek Light Shows. With only 1 days left before set-up must begin, we are still without the necessary sponsors and funding to make this year’s show happen.
Due to unfortunate circumstances, I have always funded the show out of pocket, but this year my financial situation has drastically changed and I am unable to support the show as I have in previous years. That’s why I am reaching out to businesses, individuals, and the community, humbly asking for your support in raising $10,000 to $12,000 by October 15th to cover the essential costs for this season.
With time running out, we are in urgent need of support for insurance, electrical distribution, crowd control fencing, and other miscellaneous expenses necessary to get the show up and running.
I am thrilled to share that the Town of Farragut, TN is incredibly excited to have Muddy Creek Christmas Lights. This could become a permanent home for our display, offering the chance to bring holiday cheer to the community for years to come. However, we need immediate help to make 2024 a reality.
If any businesses, corporations, or individuals can offer sponsorship or donations within the next 1 days, it would be greatly appreciated. Your support will allow us to continue this cherished tradition, bringing smiles to countless faces while also giving back to charity at the end of the season.
I started this show in 2020, funding it entirely from my own pocket, and it has grown exponentially every year. Typically, I invest $20,000 to $40,000 into the event, but this year I’ve barely been able to keep my own lights on, let alone fund the show. Despite these hardships, I am determined to keep the tradition alive and bring joy to our community. Please keep in mind every year a portion of the proceeds from this point board will go to local charities (Mission of hope of Knoxville)
